Our VCPWA team is proud to be part of Food Share Ventura County’s CAN-tree collection and build, an event that helps provide meals to our friends and neighbors struggling with food insecurity in Ventura County. This year the event celebrated its ten-year anniversary, collecting nearly 2 million pounds of food since 2011, enough to supply over 1.6 million meals right here in Ventura County.
