A helispot for area firefighting and rescue was recently installed on the Thomas Aquinas College campus, thanks in large part to the work of our very own Real Estate Services.
VCPWA’s Real Estate Services was brought in to draft the license agreement that set forth the terms by which the facility would be constructed, maintained and used. With our major role in the project being getting its approval, Real Property Agent Thomas Kaiser prepared and presented the agreement to the Ventura County Board of Supervisors, on behalf of the parties.
“Real Estate Services was brought to negotiate the final details, write up the license agreement and take it through the board letter process for funding of contruction,” said Kaiser. “I happen to be a graduate of Thomas Aquinas College and a classmate of the Vice President for Operations of the College, Mark Kretschmer.”
