This construction project will provide a new fire station in the Newbury Park area that meets current building codes, essential services, and operational requirements.  It will replace an existing facility.  The new station is 11,233 square-foot, two story, and includes three pull-through engine bays, office and training areas, and living quarters for nine firefighting personnel.
