Southern California Gas will be performing pipeline construction work at three (3) locations in the incorporated areas of Ventura County.
Rice Street Project – Work to be conducted between 8 a.m. and 4 p.m. from early March to late May at the intersection of Somis Road (State Route 34) and Rice Street in the Somis area. There will be a flagging operation so traffic will stop in either direction. Expect delays on the state highway. Residents will be notified of the project.
Santa Rosa Road Project – Work to be conducted between 9 a.m. and 4 p.m. from early April to late August at Hilltop Lane, Duval Road, and Las Posas Road. There will be some delays. Traffic will be slowed down through the construction zone. Traffic will not be stopped. There will be one lane in the eastbound direction and one lane in the westbound direction.
Kanan Road Project – Work to be conducted between 9 a.m. and 4 p.m. from late May to early June near Deerhill Road. There will be some delays. Traffic will be slowed down in the southbound direction through the construction zone. Traffic will not be stopped. There will be one lane in the southbound direction and two lanes in the northbound direction.
