Request for Statement of Qualifications for Environmental Services Las Posas Road at East 5th Street Intersection Improvements Project STPLR-7500(290)
The Ventura County Roads & Transportation Department is soliciting Statement of Qualifications from qualified firms to provide environmental services for the Las Posas Road at Rast 5th Street Intersection Improvements Project. The project is funded by FHWA Railway-Highway Crossing (Section 130); therefore, this solicitation and subsequent agreement and services shall comply with applicable local, state, and federal regulations. The Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) goal for the proposed consultant agreement is 12%. DBEs are encouraged to apply.

The RFQ includes a description of the services to be provided, contents of the responses, and the factors used to evaluate the responses. The County reserves the right to change the solicitation schedule or issue amendments to the solicitation at any time. The County reserves the right, as its sole discretion, to waive immaterial irregularities contained in the solicitation. The County reserves the right to refrain from contracting with any respondent.
