NOTICE OF AVAILABILITY AND INTENT TO ADOPT A MITIGATED NEGATIVE DECLARATION
County of Ventura has prepared a draft Mitigated Negative Declaration (MND) for the Bridge Road Bridge Rehabilitation and Scour Mitigation Project. The project is located on Bridge Road, within a rural portion approximately two miles north of the city of Santa Paula. The proposed improvements consist of minor rehabilitation of the existing single-span bridge at Bridge Road over Santa Paula Creek (Bridge #52C-0053) and scour mitigation within the flood plain boundary to protect the bridge.
The 30-day public review period will start on June 20, 2022, and close on July 20, 2022. The public is encouraged to submit all comments regarding the proposed Draft IS/MND in writing addressed to Christopher Solis, Project Manager, County of Ventura, Hall of Administration, 800 S. Victoria Avenue #L1620, Ventura, CA. 93009 or via e-mail at Christopher.Solis@ventura.org by 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday, July 20, 2022. A hard copy of the draft IS/MND is on file and may be reviewed at the County of Ventura Government Center, Survey Counter.
